Hayden runs into Carla coming back in from the pool. He notices she's looking a little extra cheery and wants to see why.

"Someone's a little ray of sunshine right now."
"What's it to ya?" Carla asks, raising a brow.
"I'm just curious about it."
"That's odd, even for you."
"I just noticed you and Joey getting along and I thought I'd warn you about him."
"YOU warn me about HIM.....right." She rolled her eyes and goes to walk past him.
He reaches out and grabs her by the shoulder, "I'm just looking out for you. I promise, I'm not as bad as I've made myself out to be, I'm just trying to be there for you."
"Well you don't need to be there for a psycho bitch like me, I got this."
"Carla I didn't m-"
"Save it."
