Asylum Challenge #178: Hoping For Support.

Carla gets another letter from her mother.

---------------------------

Carla tears into the letter, not as nervous as the last time but still nervous. She was hoping her mother would support her and Joey. She knows her mother wasn't there for most of her life and when she needed her most but she was hoping this letter would be a good one. She's nervous for the future, with Joey, with her mom and her new child....should she tell her mother about the baby? Maybe the warden would allow her mother to care for the child.....or maybe that's a stupid idea.....

"Dear Carla,

I know I haven't been there but I wanna be there going forward. I am over the moon for you to have found a new man, a better man. I really pray for you that this man is different and treats you amazing. Rush nothing sweetheart remember that but a future with children would be lovely. I just want the best of you since I was no part of it beforehand. I would love to meet him and that we get along; despite the bad blood there will likely be between the three of us still, that's understandable. I still love you Carla and I am always trying to better myself.

Love,

Mom."
