Troy calls Anne to the Hi-jinks festival, she decides she wants her and Naomi to get out of the house after this stressful day and hopefully work on her broken family.

*Troy calls her and Naomi out to the hi-jinks festival, he tells her he's bringing Kira but she doesn't end up being there. She was angry and surprised but she really wanted to get out of the house anyway and try to work on her broken family. They meet up and they try to remain calm and not cause a scene in front of the children and the public.*
Anne and Naomi arrive at the festival, Troy is there but Kira is not.
"Why didn't you bring Kira?! I thought you would've." She said, surprised and a little more angry than the state she left the house in.
"I'm sorry Anne I wasn't sure if-"
Anne inhales sharply, looking around. "Alright fine." She clenches her teeth, trying not to cause a scene in front of all the other people there.
"I'm sorry." He repeats, not liking her tone.
"I said....it's fine."
"Anne I-"
"I just find it funny how you seem to be keeping my child from me." She says, lowering her voice, with a fake smile plastered on her face.
"I not trying to do that and YOU KNOW IT." He whispered loudly, groaning.
"But it sure-"
"How about we just take a breather, enjoy the festival." He suggests, plastering his fake smile on his face.
"Fine." She exhales deeply through her nose. She picks up Naomi and holds her tightly in her arms and giving him a threatening look.
He hangs his head, in shame for both her and himself.
