Naomi is feeling left out now that she doesn't have anybody to sleep with.

Naomi knows mom is out likely hooking up with Dominic or some random person at the bar and Tiana and Kira have broken in Kira's bed. She has no one, knowing she cut off Jax and Clarence.
She decides to take this time for herself, it's better than nothing.
