Mom's Gone Crazy #71: It's Not Working.

Kira invites Tiana over to talk.

"Hey, I thought we should sit down and talk about our date." Kira says, taking a seat.

"Hm..." Tiana curls in her lips.

"What's gotten into you?"

She stares down into her lap and shrugs.

"I don't know what's wrong but I think we should talk about it."

"I don't know if I want to."

Kira pulls up from her seat, "I can't make you talk to me but I feel it's not fair to me for you to leave me hanging like this uncertain what I've done wrong."

"It's not you..."

"Then what?"

Tiana gets up from her seat, still refusing to say anything useful.

"I'm sorry Tiana, this was a mistake to invite you over....something is obviously going on but I won't pressure you, you should go and come back when you're ready to talk."

"Okay."

Tiana leaves the room and Kira stands there alone and feeling rather down.

Naomi comes into the room, "hey sis, I just saw Tiana leave, what happened?"

"It's not working like I had hoped, things were going SO WELL I...I don't know." She says sighing, hanging her head.

"If it's meant to be, it'll be."
