Carla is about to hit the hay, when Sally bursts into the room.

"Carla! Are you sleeping?!" Sally asked, barging into the room.
Carla is just sitting on the bedside next to sleeping Joey, "not yet I'm not."
"I have something for you hun!" She says excitedly.
"What is it?"
Sally pulls a letter from behind her back, waving it in the air.
"Is that-"
"Yes! Yes!" Sally cried out, handing it to her.
"Oh thank you so much! I've been waiting for this!"
"See, you gave up hearing from your mom but all you had to do was stop looking."
Carla gets up and gives Sally a tight hug.
