Carla hears a little something and now she's about to pop.

"Petal! How could you?!" Carla asks, sitting down at the chess table.
"How could I what?" Petal looks up at her, putting her pawn down on the board.
"You slept with Hayden."
"Wait how did you-"
"I HEARD you guys, with my own two ears." She says scornfully.
"I'm sorry Carla you weren't supposed to hear that." Petal says, hanging her head.
"What were you thinking?!" She asks, throwing up her hands.
"It just happened...."
"How in the world-"
"I confessed I had a crush on him and he tickled me then ya..." She explained.
"You! I knew it! I knew you had a crush on him." Carla gasped, shaking her head.
"Are you mad at me?"
"I'm scared for you, absolutely scared for you...do you not care about yourself? DON'T TELL ME YOU'RE PREGNANT?!"
"I'm not, he came on my face."
"OH MY GOD....GROSS I DON'T WANNA THINK ABOUT THAT!" Carla cries out, pushing back her chair.
"I don't wanna lose you as my best friend Carla." Petal says, curling in her lips.
Carla sighs deeply, looking up at her. "You won't, I don't hate you I'm just disappointed right now."
Tears form in Petal's eyes.
"Don't cry sweetheart, come here."
She cried on Carla's shoulder and whispered, "the sex wasn't even satisfying.....I don't know what went wrong."
"Maybe you need to think about what you feel and what you've said and done." Carla explains.
"I really like him, that I know."
"Okay but do you LOVE him?"
"I...I don't know."
"You shouldn't have told him how you felt, you could be setting yourself up for something horrible."
Petal paused a moment, half of her said it was a mistake but the other half of her said this was what she wanted. "I have no idea what to do....."
"Talk to him again, this time don't let him get you into bed." She says.
She wipes her tears and nods,"okay, I will."
