Anne dropped by Troy's home, she needed to speak to him.
-----------------------------------
There's a knock at the door and Troy gets up to answer it. Upon opening the door, there he finds his ex-wife Anne, looking rather disheveled.
"Hello Anne."
"Troy." She sighs, "I need to talk to you."
"I don't have much to say to you." He admits.
"Please take me back Troy."
"No Anne you know I cannot do that."
She curls in her lips, "It's not fair we separate the girls."
Troy groans, trying not to raise his voice to her. "And it's not fair for you to try and build a family around a lunatic who has done awful awful things. You killed people Anne, many people and some of those people were undeserving of it. I don't know how you sleep at night but I don't and I haven't in a long time because of this."
"I know I-"
"I still love you and that's why I won't turn you in but don't you dare ask to make this work, us or the family."
"But-"
"I didn't want to separate the girls but you know I didn't want to fight over who would take them both."
"We wouldn't have fought about it." She sighs.
"We would have, are you really tell me you'd easily give them up to me? Especially Naomi?"
"Well...." Anne starts, "you're right I wouldn't have."
"It was easier for us to separate them, you didn't put up a fight with that. I know you love Naomi more, which I would never understand but that's fine I don't need to understand it, or understand you."
"Please Troy, I love you and I wanna make this work." She stammers, beginning to cry.
"I'm sorry Anne, no. I'm going to have to ask you to leave." He goes back into the house.
"Please Troy, at least let me say goodnight to Kira." She pleads, putting her foot in the doorway.
He sighs deeply, "Alright, you can do that then I want you to go."
"Alright, thank you." She says, wiping her tears from her face.
