Mom's Gone Crazy #66: Saddened.

Kira comes home, grabs a bite to eat and takes it off to her room.

"Kira honey, can I come in?" Anne asks, knocking on the door.

"Sure mom!" 

She opens the door and steps into the room, "you aren't joining us at the table?"

"No."

"What's wrong? How did your date go?" She asks, taking a seat next to her.

"It's fine."

"Honey, I'm not dumb."

"I know mom." She laughs nervously, taking a bite."

"I take it it didn't go well?" She asks, with a smirk on her face.

"Hm, no."

"What went wrong?"

"I don't know, she just didn't wanna be there or be near me. She's rejected all my flirting and she was overall just distant." Kira explains, with a saddened look on her face.

"Aw sweetie," Anne pats her on the back, "I'm sure she was just having an off day or something."

"I guess."

"Try again, don't give up yet. Though if things don't work, it'll be fine."

"Hmm..."
